Presenter and Co-Chair Breakfast All presenters, session co-chairs and student assistants are required to attend the Presenter and Co-Chair Breakfast on the day of their session. Each session will have an assigned table where Session Co-Chairs can discuss and organize their sessions. Track Co-Chairs, Board Members and PAC members are welcome, but not required, to attend the breakfast. Breakfast will be held at 0700 on Level Three, Room 301A. Breakfast is optional for Poster Presenters. Presenters who have not checked in at Registration before the breakfast begins will have their presentation shown as cancelled at the session room entrance or poster space. PowerPoint Presentations - NEW POLICY WMS requires all Presenters to upload their presentations before the conference at www.wmsym.org using their WMS login and password. Presentations should be in .PPTX format and any videos must be embedded into the presentation using PowerPoint 2010 or later. PRESENTATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 1200 THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED PRESENTATION DAY OR WILL BE CANCELLED FROM THE SESSION. Please note: after 1200 the day before your session, the system will not allow you to upload any presentations. A/V Presentation Support Presenters needing assistance with uploading or inserting videos into their PowerPoint presentations, staff will be available to assist in Room 101A.
