The 2016 WMS Lifetime Achievement Award sponsored by Sandia National Laboratories is presented to Dr. Enrique Biurrun Senior Adviser DBE TECHNOLOGY GmbH Program Advisory Committee Award WMS has established the Program Advisory Committee PAC Award to annually recognize an individual whose outstanding contributions have helped make and keep the annual Waste Management Conference the worlds premier technical conference on the management and disposal of nuclear waste.
