Session 60 - Identifying and Overcoming Barriers to Development and Application of New D&D Technologies

This panel focused on identifying what barriers there are to developing new D&D technologies, particularly the attitudes that they are not needed or are too costly. It also addressed finding ways to implement technologies so that project managers will return for additional new technologies and plan to have technology products available in a timely manner so that project managers can plan for their use.
