Session 23 - Joint Ventures and Teaming Arrangements for Federal Contracting Opportunities

This panel session discussed with important legal information and strategies on forming joint ventures, teaming arrangements, and mentor-protege relationships. Topics discussed included the regulations on these types of relationships, affiliation rules, how new interpretations of the regulations are affecting government solicitation requirements, teaming arrangements and different business - both small and large. Panelists provided the experience and successes, lessons learned tips to mitigate risks, pitfalls, imperative marketing strategies, and roles and reponsibilities between small and large business joint ventures and teaming arrangements.
