This panel focuses on the industry and public stakeholders reactions and input on the USNRC 10CFR61 Site-Specific performance assessment rulemaking as a result of the several NRC conducted public meetings including a Commission briefing to address the proposed rulemaking. The proposed rulemaking is expected to be delivered by the NRC staff to the Commission as a final rule by May of 2016. This panel will focus on the final changes to rulemaking resulting from the various stakeholder input.
