This panel discussed the perspective of mentorship and knowledge transfer from multiple viewpoints. An informal roundtable-style format composed of the future leaders of our industry sat together with senior representatives from the federal government and industry to share ideas and points of views from all those attending including a discussion of Panelists included an "operating warfighter" new hire, early career professionals from the features site, US DOE and contractor management as they look for effective ways to transfer knowledge to the future leaders of the nuclear waste industry. 

Panelists include: Felix Meissner, President, North America Young Generation Network; Yadira Bonilla-Cuevas, Process Engineer, SWPF Engineering and QA Division; Vasileios Anagnostopoulos, Postdoctoral Fellow, Florida International University; and Hilary Emerson, Postdoctoral Student, Clemson University, South Carolina.
