Session 098 - Legal Lessons for Small Contractors

This session focused on legal issues related to small business federal contractors. Using case studies, keen insight, and edgy humor, our panelist addressed SBA/VA ownership and control rules, teaming and affiliation, joint ventures, bonding assistance, limits on subcontracting, cost accounting and audits, protests and appeals, and dispute resolution. This no-nonsense, high-energy short course on doing things right and avoiding self-inflicted wounds armed attendees with the information they need to recognize legal boundaries and distinguish themselves in the competitive federal marketplace.

Panelists included: Mark R. "Hawk" Thomas, Reid Law PC.
