Partnering between the client and the contractor is being viewed as a strategic approach for building cooperative cultures that improve mission effectiveness and promote high project performance at government-owned sites. This panel focused on the elements of successful partnerships, and discussed barriers to sustaining these collaborative relationships, including cultural differences that have often precluded them from fully realizing their goals. Panelists included representatives from national and international sites.
