Panelists included: Dr. Ines Triay, Assistant Secretary for Environmental Management, US DOE; Francois-Michel Gonnot, Chairman of the Governing Board of ANDRA (France's National Radioactive Waste Management Agency) and Tom Zarges, President - Energy & Construction, URS Corporation.
