This panel will build upon the WM2011 panel that presented progress on DOE/NDA bilateral agreement. Representatives from DOE and NDA will present the overall accomplishments under this Government to Government agreement and its proposed future direction. There will be presentations on the projects by both the UK and US that will provide insight into the progress that the agreement has made by highlighting key successes and areas for improvement. Projects including orphan waste disposition and waste treatment project improvements. The proposed schedule;

• Myrian Wood - NNL bilateral activities
• Graham Jonsson -  NDA view of the value of exchange visits
• Dave Moody - DOE view of the value of exchange visits
• Jack Devine - Progress on tech transfer from US & UK
