PANEL SESSION: PRIVATIZATION PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

The privatization initiative is now four years old. Several privatization contracts have been awarded from the DOE Hanford, Oak Ridge, Idaho, Savannah River and other field offices. The purpose of the panel is to discuss problems and solutions with existing and/or pending contracts. The panel will discuss the successes and failures of privatization with the DOE complex. Panel participants are to be as follows:
