High level and difficult access situations have been part of P. C. Richardson & Co. for the last 70 years, first building brick chimneys in 1918. Since this time a great deal of experience has been gained and we now offer a unique service utilising traditional scaffolding techniques combined with steeplejack methods refined over the years providing safe economical solutions to access problems within a variety of applications.

In recent years problems of difficult access, both in conventional applications and in the Nuclear Decommissioning industry, have necessitated the introduction of new, safe economical methods to replace conventional methods of access in conjunction with controlled demolition. Following the introduction of Nuclear Decommissioning techniques we can now provide multi skilled trained personnel capable of undertaking the complete range of disciplines required for the provision of access and the Decommissioning of "sensitive" plant and associated equipment. By utilising these methods of access and dismantling P. C. Richardson & Co. are able to offer a safe efficient worldforce offering a complete Inspection, Maintenance and Decommissioning service.

All work is undertaken by carefully selected individuals trained in many different skills.
