The National Technology Information Exchange (TIE) Workshops are sponsored by the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Restoration. TIE workshops promote more effective use of environmental restoration and waste management technologies across the DOE complex by providing an ideal forum for establishing technical contracts, learning about technologies used by others, and gaining feedback from peers on technology applications that worked or did not work at their repective sites.
